Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to start a return or cancellation: Log in to your customer account at https://account.csauralink.com, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request directly. You can also contact us at customerservice@csauralink.com.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customerservice@csauralink.com.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. Please note that custom/personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping: Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will include the original standard outbound shipping cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
